Appeal Qualities to Characters (why be there): Supernatural Appeal of .. oooOooo Magic. You are drawn there and want to explore, study or hang out there. The supernatural qualities make it a 'place to be'. Muggles see it as 'unsettling' but nothing keeps them from attempting to go in and snag a cup of.. free coffee.

• Outside: Busy city Street. The sign above the building looks normal until viewed with supernatural powers.
• First Floor: Upon entering street side you gain access to a normal Starbucks Café. The modern contemporary layout is inviting yet gives off a mystical buzz upon stepping foot into its space. An oblivious blonde serves free coffee, completely unaware that she is not charging.
• Second Floor: Magically enhanced a series of stairs move up into a lofty area hallway of many doors to inn rooms. No noticeable sunlight seems to be able to enter these suites but by magic they conform and twist into any preference needed at the time.
• Third Floor: A room of requirement, shifting into a roof top garden, a balcony or an arena depending on the needs of its users.
• Fourth Floor: Meeting Rooms

IRC Etiquette Rules

Etiquette Rules:

1. Same as Honor Rules.
2. No Advertising in Other People's Games.
3. Minor Challenges use a basic Dice System to gauge powers.
4. If using an IRC Program, save RP Log and post to appropriate area on the Message Board.
