Interacting with Plot and Making Requests

Interacting with our plot is simplified down to one forum where you can interact with our Storytelling Staff. We have broken down how to get involved into a forum that the ST's specifically control. To investigate any of the Prophetic Announcement News Letters all you have to do is post a new topic under our Plot Request Area. Please try to respond to someone else's request first.

Important

  1. Label your Subject Title to show where it takes place. Once the scene is over it will be locked and moved to where the scene is occurring.
  2. Finish your scene, please do not get involved with the ST's unless you intend to complete interaction with them, other players may need the NPC's you are occupying.
  3. You may not interact with an NPC already in a running scene, but you may enter that scene to walk into it.

Plot Requests

Storytellers and Plots are in the game to give challenges to the characters. The purpose between NPC (Non-Playing Characters) and other players is that you do not know what to expect. This opens our world up to a broad spectrum of characters that are not available with the membership quota of the site and fills rolls missing on our rosters.

Other When a news story is posted by a Storyteller or an Administrator you are more than welcome to post a editorial response or private message the posting Storyteller and ask them to investigate further. You will get a hint at who you could meet up with and win, or a response back will give you a lead. The more you keep your eyes our, the more rewards and special gifts your character may receive for becoming involved.

If a Storyteller enters your thread, be courteous. They have every right to enter any thread they want and the Invite tag does not apply to them. Pay careful attention to the instructions and descriptions given for any powers that last a specific time or any special items dropped you may pick up.

No inventory list is required for special gifts, but we do expect you to keep to the honor system when knowing when the special gift has expired. Any questions from other players on the validity of the special items or powers need to be directed to an Administrator or Storyteller. Keep a mental record on how you obtained and and if you can, what thread.

Our Staff reserves the right to ask you to edit and alter your PC if the character throws off the balance of our game. It rarely happens but we may need your cooperation should it occur.
